Καλη χρονια σε ολους. Βλεποντας τις εξελιξεις στο Ανοικτο Λογισμικο τοσο στις πλουσιες Σκανδιναυικες χωρες οσο και στους σχετικα φτωχοτερους γειτονες μας αναρωτιεμαι: " τι γινεται με μας?.." Τι συμβαινει με τους κρατικους φορεις, τα πανεπιστημια, τα ερευνητικα ιδρυματα? Μηπως μας ταιριαζει το "ακριβοι στα πιτουρα και φτηνοι στο αλευρι?" Ας προσπαθησουμε τουλαχιστο να οργανωσουμε μια συναντηση να διερευνησουμε τους λογους που δεν προχωρει το Ανοικτο Λογισμικο, η Ανοικτη Πληροφορηση, οι Ανοικτες Υποδομες στην Ελλαδα.
