Αγαπητοί Εκπαιδευτικοί θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε για το μάθημα που αφορά στο νέο σύστημα διαπίστευσης Erasmus και αφορά στη συμμετοχή των σχολείων σας στα νέα προγράμματα Erasmus. We would like to bring to your attention a new short course that will soon start on School Education Gateway. The course will focus on the new *Erasmus Accreditation* scheme, for which a call is already open <https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/calls/2020-erasmus-accreditation_en>. The call is of high interest for all schools (from early years education to upper secondary and VET) that are interested in running mobility projects (Key Action 1) in the coming years/ *Erasmus Accreditations – a New Path to Mobility *starting 14 September 2020 Every year, the European Union funds thousands of mobilities and professional development activities for teachers and other school staff. For the first time, a *new system of Erasmus accreditations* is launched to support organisations that want to create Erasmus mobility projects. Being awarded of the Erasmus accreditation will give organisations simplified access to Key Action 1 funding opportunities under the future Programme starting in 2021. It concerns three sectors: *school education, vocational education and training (VET),* and *adult education*. The course is aimed at international coordinators, school heads and teachers to introduce the new scheme: what it is about, what benefits it offers and how organisations can apply. The self-paced course opens on 14 September and can be completed at any time until 29 October 2020. It includes one module only which can be completed fully at one’s own pace (approx. 5 hours of work). Moreover, two webinars will be organised as well.
