Dear Theodoros, Marinos, and Pro,

Hope this message finds you well.

As mentioned on the CC Affiliates mailing list, we've requested
feedback on a new MOU template, as well as supplemental policies and
jurisdiction roadmaps. As that consultation phase wraps up, we would
like to begin a conversation with you regarding the best arrangement
for CC Greece.

The current MOU with CC Greece was signed by Greek Research &
Technology Network S.A. on January 4, 2007.

Before proceeding to the next phase, we are asking all teams to review
the Self Assessment tool, a document to help CC Affiliates identify
expertise and needs within their team. One lesson learned over the
years (I’m sure you’ll agree!) is that a diverse array of supporters
and partners in a jurisdiction goes a long way.

At the recent CC Europe meeting, we discussed the value of a rich
range of expertise, and going forward, how to identify additional
partners to support your efforts. At your convenience, please take a
moment to review the Self Assessment tool, which more clearly outlines
the various tasks and responsibilities for each team member. Here you
may wish to consider the recent focus on translation and localization
above legal porting and how to carry out key community-building
activities.

To aid this conversation, we request that CC Greece develops a
jurisdiction roadmap
(http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Roadmap_Template) to be submitted by
the end of the month.

Thanks so much for your support,

// Michelle
