Hi Karsten,

Thank you so much for the reply and wishes, and Alexis thank you for the
introductions.
Our suggestion is to draft together a detailed policy proposal that will be
submitted to the Vice-President of the European Commission, Neelie Kroes,
about the preferential treatment of Open Source for SMEs in this project.
If you agree we can create a googledoc and start collecting input.
Also please feel free to recommend any other relevant organisation you
believe would be interested in participating in this initiative.
