We go as far as we can, but, since the setting is more general, the results we obtain are less impressive than those of Blok and Pigozzi *Short bio: * George Voutsadakis did his undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering and Informatics at the University of Patras and his graduate studies in Mathematics and in Computer Science at Iowa State University. He is currently teaching Mathematics at Lake Superior State University in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. His main area of interest is Algebraic Logic. For the 2025-26 Academic Year he is on Sabbatical visiting the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the National Technical Uni- versity of Athens.
