Hello, After conducting more research, I need to ask some questions in order to make a better proposal. 1. When using LDAP, even if I implement it with Spring framework, the directory should be accessed and some user ids have to be save on the server, is that correct? For example I have to store locally user ids from directory with users and then also save some role based attributes, like "users from university A should have read access", "users from organization B should have write access", is that correct? 2. How will I be able to make queries to the directory of the users and gain the information needed? You will give me username and password from the directory? Can you provide any links with documentation or tutorials about querying the directory? 3. The software components, what exactly are they? I do not think they will be actual files that will be uploaded, so I need a viewer to upload only relevant information e.g. name, type of license, etc? How a component record will be created? The visitor will browse for a file and the viewer will recognize the data or he should just type the information to the application? 4. Should I fill in the database with the software components? If yes, how many components should I insert? 5. Should I remove entirely the mobile app from the proposal? 6. The IP management what exactly refers to?
