I assume the Greek version doesn't contain localized helpcontent.
The Greek localized build, as other locales, have been
contributed either by Armin/Sander (Sun Release Engineering)
or by H.Z (a.k.a qkaka) - a community member who provided localized
versions for earlier builds, but is no longer available.
Would you like to join the effort to organize localized builds?
Please raise your hand at the releases@ooo list as Louis suggested.
In the meantime we will be glad to introduce your linux builds into the
/contrib section of OOo's mirroring infrastructure, see

What's he problem with this file? Can we help to get the Greek version
running? Will you remove this file in the meantime or leave it for

Let's address the problems mentioned above and you'll find them at the
master server soon. Maintainers of the download pages will thank you for
following the naming scheme.
Don't get me wrong, these hints are not intended to put you off - there
is a large demand for localized builds. But we should join forces,
meaning organize builds (and avoid duplication of efforts), QA and
distribution.
