*Finland*: A report on the ‘suitability of the OpenOffice.org office 
suite and the Linux operation system as the workstation standard of the 
City of Turku’. The report concludes that: "In short term, changing over 
to OpenOffice.org by the end of 2003 is recommended. In the long run, 
the aim is to change over to the Linux operating system".
