Hello, I have just submitted a draft proposal for Clio with a schedule, timeline and deliverables. I would like some feedback for it. As you can see, I have filled everything but the first 3 sections. That's because we are dealing with a brand-new system so I'm not sure what I should write there. I would like some help to fill in these sections: 1. Why do we build this system? What is the existing problem? 2. What needs will it serve? 3.
