Hi Chris,
By prototype we mean a system that demonstrates all these capabilities,
but may not be production ready, mainly due to lack of end-user
involvement in the specification and implementation.
By "automatically creating from the changes the text to be legislated"
we mean that the difference between the original and the new text is
written a a legal text that can be voted in parliament. E.g.
- Article 65 paragraph 3 of Law 4023/2016 is changed to read "...."
- In article 25 paragraph 1 of Law 4123/2016 the phrase "..." is removed.
- In article 25 paragraph 2 of Law 4123/2016 the phrase "..." is changed
to read "..."
- In article 5 paragraph 1 of Law 4143/2016 the phrase "..." is added
before the phrase "..."
- Article 45 of Law 4143/2016 is deleted
