Όπως βλέπετε  στο mail, προς το παρόν θα κάνω commit το αρχείο
στο doc/ ως INSTALLATION-HOWTO.el. Μανώλη, σε λίγο θα σου στείλω και 
κάποιες διορθώσεις/προτάσεις ως αρχείο diff. Μόλις μου πεις ότι είναι 
οκ, θα το κάνω commit.
Επίσης, επειδή είμαι στη διαδικασία μετατροπής όλων των ελληνικών 
κειμένων σε utf-8, θα πρότεινα να μετατραπεί κι αυτό...

We're going to have to reorganise doc and move it around soon anyway
to make the build/ directory have better access of it. That would be a
good time to put it in per-language directories. For now you could
commit it as INSTALLATION-HOWTO.ll
