thank you very much for your interest in Apothesis.
As we discussed in private, our main goal is to create the I/O
operations of Apothesis. Apothesis simulates various physical and
chemical processes (which are planned to be expanded) and a generic
input that will cover all these cases is important.
On the other hand, the output must be meaningful and oriented to the
particular problem. That said, different output is expected when dealing
with 2D Materials compared to growth of bulk materials. A gui is also
desirable but probably not in the present stage.
