thank you for you interest in our project. As we shortly discussed in
private, the project has limited scientific requirements. The basis is
kinetic Monte Carlo method for deposition processes. If you have time,

will provide you with all the info you need. What is your major? This
will help us understand where we should help you more.
Our target is to create the text input of Apothesis. We have developed
many helper functions for that but still we need to develop in a
generalized way the input of many different physical processes.
Processes can be adsorption of a particle on a surface or a surface
reaction. Also we need to develop the output. Currently we have created
a simple output for certain problems but again we must develop a
generalized one which could cover many cases. Finally (and ideally), we
would like to develop the infrastructure for the user to be able to load
a lattice from a file. Note that for this we will not develop the actual
"reader" of the lattice but only the infrastructure since we are going
to need multiple readers in the future.
