Re: Backend management system for node-red instances

Hey Sravanth,

1. Regarding the proposals, please check the following guidelines:
https://google.github.io/gsocguides/student/writing-a-proposal
2. Yes, of course you can propose libraries or tool sets that you are
comfortable with. We would prefer Python or Node for the backend and Docker.
3. It's better to send your plan privately, since the project has gained a
lot of interest. This will keep your approach private and at the same time
allow others to send different approaches.
