How can you record a "negative" fact?

I'd continue to promote to simply use the package manager.

If there is something that cannot be accomplished
with these commands, we can discuss alternatives
and whether it makes sense to explore them.
As I've mentioned before, for example, if you don't use package manager,
you can simply use udd: https://udd.debian.org/
and get everything.
