We do not have a strong preference for where the code should be provided. It is currently in discussion between us. However, the gr-nlp-toolkit does provide an easy-to-understand (and most importantly, easy-to-use) interface/abstraction, so we put it there as an example. However, if you have a better idea for the codebase, of course, we are open to it. Looking forward to your proposal!
