I kindly ask you to compile first apothesis and use the input.kmc file
within the /src to test it. I will guide you once you have apothesis
compiled.
Do you access to scientific publications? There is a discussion about
lattice creation on this:

Also, to answer your question about lattices, I have theoretical
knowledge about Simple cubic, FCC, BCC, Hexagonal and Diamond
lattices. I have never created such lattices though. Could you please
suggest a source from which I can read about creating such lattices
and try to create one myself?
